Happy Birthday, Liv Tyler! The acclaimed actress turns 32 today. Born in New York City, Tyler landed her first job — a modeling job — at the age of 14. After less than a year in modeling, she decided to pursue a career in acting instead. Though she never took formal acting lessons, Tyler rose to fame in the early ’90s when she starred alongside Alicia Silverstone in the music video for Aerosmith’s song “Crazy.” She secured her star status and garnered international recognition for her portrayal of elf princess Arwen Undómiel in “The Lord of the Rings” trilogy. And she’s also starred in films such as “Empire Records,” “Stealing Beauty,” “The Incredible Hulk,” and “Armageddon.” She is the daughter of Aerosmith lead singer Steven Tyler and Bebe Buell, a model and singer. She lives in Los Angeles with her son Milo.
