- Make a 10-week nutrition and physical activity plan that allows you to:
- Set goals for reaching and maintaining a healthy weight, for eating healthy with daily fruits, vegetables, and whole grains, and for being physically active.
- Keep an online food journal to help gain insight into not only what and how much you eat but also why, what, and when you’re eating to identify patterns.
- Access tools and resources that help you maintain a healthy life, including articles and tips from cancer.org.
- Receive motivational emails as you reach your goals, or even if you miss your goals.

- Download a desktop Craving Stopper. This tool provides encouragement and tips for 30 days after a quit date to help smokers stay quit by offering distractions that last about the same time it takes for a craving to subside.
